- Any structured or semi-structured document: invoices, receipts, bank statements, insurance claims, contracts, lease agreements, tax forms, purchase orders, medical bills, and more. If a human can read it and extract data from it, we can train AI to do it.
- Typically 92–98% accuracy depending on document quality and consistency. Every extraction includes a confidence score, and documents below your threshold are flagged for human review. Accuracy improves over time as the model learns from corrections.
- 5 business days from when you provide sample documents. Day 1–2: we analyze your documents and build the extraction pipeline. Day 3–4: training and testing with your real data. Day 5: final delivery with video walkthrough and documentation.
- At least 10 sample documents per document type (more is better). Tell us what data fields you need extracted and where the output should go (QuickBooks, Xero, Google Sheets, CSV, or API). That's it — we handle everything else.
- The base package includes integration with QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Google Sheets. Custom ERP, CRM, or API integrations are available as a $497 add-on. We can connect to virtually any system that has an API.
- Yes. Documents are processed in encrypted environments and never stored longer than needed. We follow ISO 27001 practices. All data transmission is encrypted in transit and at rest. We can sign NDAs and BAAs for sensitive industries.
- HIPAA compliance is available as an add-on ($997). This includes BAA signing, HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, audit logging, and access controls. The base package follows security best practices but does not include formal HIPAA certification.
- The $1,997 covers setup and training. Ongoing costs depend on volume: AI processing APIs typically cost $0.01–0.05 per document (paid directly to the AI provider, not to us). Optional managed plans start at $238/month and include monitoring, maintenance, and support.
- Minor format changes (different logos, slight layout shifts) are handled automatically. Major format changes (completely new document structure) may need a retraining cycle — covered under our managed plans or available as a one-time service.
