Any structured or semi-structured document: invoices, receipts, bank statements, insurance claims, contracts, lease agreements, tax forms, purchase orders, medical bills, and more. If a human can read it and extract data from it, we can train AI to do it.
Typically 92–98% accuracy depending on document quality and consistency. Every extraction includes a confidence score, and documents below your threshold are flagged for human review. Accuracy improves over time as the model learns from corrections.
5 business days from when you provide sample documents. Day 1–2: we analyze your documents and build the extraction pipeline. Day 3–4: training and testing with your real data. Day 5: final delivery with video walkthrough and documentation.
