After that, we offer optional monthly retainers starting at $800/month for AI automations and $3,000-$10,000/month for larger platforms. Retainers cover monitoring, updates, scaling, and ongoing development.

If the project takes longer than estimated, that is our cost to absorb, not yours. We can price accurately because we have done similar projects before and know what to expect.
- Scope changes happen, and we have a clear process for handling them. If you want to add features or change requirements, we provide a written change order with the additional cost and timeline impact before doing any extra work. You decide whether the change is worth the additional investment. The original scope and price are locked in regardless.
- Our primary stack is Next.js, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL for web applications. For AI, we use Claude, OpenAI, and custom models depending on the use case. Infrastructure runs on AWS and Vercel with Docker for containerization. We also work with Python for data pipelines and Redis for caching and real-time features. We choose tools based on the problem, not the other way around.
